18 U.S.C. § 2257 Compliance Notice

SNAX is a dating platform. To the extent any content uploaded by users to Snack Attack is subject to the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and its implementing regulations at 28 C.F.R. Part 75, the following statements apply.

1. Statement of Compliance

SNAX requires all users to represent and warrant that they are at least 18 years old, and requires that every person depicted in any photograph, image, or video uploaded to the platform was at least 18 years of age at the time the content was created. SNAX does not permit any content depicting minors, and any such content is removed and reported.

2. Content Produced by Third Parties (Users)

SNAX is a platform for user-generated dating profiles and does not itself produce, direct, film, or photograph the content posted by users. With respect to content submitted by users, SNAX is not the "producer" (as defined in 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)) of such content. The user submitting content is the producer and is responsible for maintaining age-verification records as required by law.

3. Custodian of Records

For content, if any, for which SNAX is deemed a producer under 18 U.S.C. § 2257, the records required by that statute are kept by the designated Custodian of Records:

4. Reporting Violations

To report suspected child sexual abuse material or any content depicting a minor, email [PLACEHOLDER: safety@snackattack.app] immediately. Such content will be preserved and reported to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and appropriate law enforcement.
